Deliveries
Orders placed before 4pm are dispatched the same day, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend are sent out on Monday.
- Standard Tracked Delivery: £2.99 – 3 to 4 days
- Tracked 24 Delivery: £4.99 – 1 to 2 days
- Express Delivery: £8.99 – delivery on the date shown at checkout
- Scheduled Dispatch: £4.99 – choose when your order is sent. Plan ahead for special occasions!
We currently deliver within the UK only.
Returns
You can return any item within 30 days for any reason, provided it is unopened and in its original packaging. Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase. Postage costs are covered by the customer.
Christmas Returns: Items bought as Christmas presents can be returned until 10th January of the following year.
Please include your order information with any returns.
This policy is in addition to your legal rights.
