Do you offer a choice of gift wrap?

Absolutely! We offer a range of gift wrap options during checkout. Costs are £3.00 for the first gift and £2.50 for additional gifts in the same order. You can also add a handwritten card for £2.95, giving a personal touch that looks professional and thoughtful.

Where’s my parcel?

Orders placed before 4pm on weekdays are dispatched the same day. You’ll receive a “Track Your Delivery” email once it has been sent. Parcels are tracked via standard delivery services. Please inform us promptly if there is any delivery issue so we can investigate.

What is your Returns Policy?

You may return items you no longer want within 30 days of purchase, provided they are unopened and in the original packaging. Please note, the cost of returning items is covered by the customer.
Christmas Returns: Items purchased as Christmas presents can be returned by January 10, 2026. Any issues or product faults will be resolved promptly.

No. You’ll receive an order confirmation email containing all details. No paperwork is included in the parcel to keep the process simple and convenient.

Do you ship toys to Europe or abroad?

Can you deliver parcels to more than one address?

Each order is limited to a single delivery address. Multiple addresses require separate orders, which can be placed quickly using saved account details.
